December 15, 2006 Scott Kolbe, co-owner of KolbeCo Marketing Resources, has been named one of the region’s 40 Under 40 by Business St. Charles Magazine. The award, which recognizes young professionals who “give so much of their time and talents … in order to promote acheivement,” was presented at a ceremony at the Ameristar Casino Conference Center on December 14, 2006. Scott’s introduction, as given by Kevin Riggs of Cole and Associates:

After 10 years with some of America’s largest companies, Scott Kolbe joined KolbeCo Marketing Resources, a firm founded by his wife Lauren. As Vice President of Business Development, he’s helped KolbeCo grow nearly 500 percent in the past three years alone. An active public servant, Kolbe has served on the Dardenne Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission, and currently serves on the Highway N & 40 Transportation Development District Board and as president of the Dardenne Prairie Board of Alderman. Kolbe was influential in securing the City’s first major retail development – and the up to 500 jobs and $1.5 million in annual sales tax revenues it’s expected to create.

December 08, 2006 KolbeCo PR client, Antennas Direct-Terrestrial Digital was featured on NBC’s The Today Show on Friday, December 8th, 2006.

The Terrestrial Digital PF7 HDTV antenna, which is an antenna specifically designed for use with high definition televisions, was part of a Today Show segment showcasing holiday gift ideas for guys. The antenna was in good company, alongside the Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, HD sets from Samsung and Panasonic, and a number of other hot holiday gadgets.
