| Just how does a marketing firm specializing in small businesses come to exist? Through an intimate knowledge and appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit. |
| Lauren Kolbe, president & founder of KolbeCo Marketing Resources, has spent her career in marketing for small businesses. During the 1990's as she served as marketing director for a small St. Louis based manufacturing firm, Lauren gained her love for small business - and the unique challenges and situations they face each day. She learned to be creative - getting her message to as many folks as possible and coordinating a nationwide sales force. |
| In 2000, Lauren formed KolbeCo. She was determined to show other small businesses what she had learned, and to help them to be successful. And she did it all with the entrepreneurial spirit she had grown to love. |

Lauren Kolbe, President Lauren holds ten years of experience in marketing, and has focused her career on implementing creative, integrated marketing campaigns including direct mail, targeted advertising campaigns, sales programs, customized sales and marketing databases, and publicity. Lauren is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she remains active in local new student recruiting activities. (Go Trojans!) She is currently serving her third term on the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Chapter of the American Marketing Association. |
Scott Kolbe, VP Business Development Scott's career in sales and marketing spans over ten years, and has included a wide range of high-profile customers including Mitsubishi Motors, Watlow Electric, and Mallinkrodt. He joined KolbeCo in 2003, bringing clients his expertise in implementing sales programs, training sales staff, and integrating sales and marketing efforts into one cohesive program. Scott is a graduate of the University of Missouri, and is active in local politics. |
